Acupuncture from doctors that care

We first met Dr. Christy Cline in 2008 when our then 9 year-old son became ill for which his pediatrician/specialists were wanting to treat by putting him on various medications we felt would be more harmful than good. Dr. C, through an aggressive ellimination diet discovered various food allergies. By discovering these allergies and the acupuncture treatments he received, and continues to receive, our son became and remains stronger and healthier. My husband developed severe back problems that included spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, etc., that caused extreme pain and at one point he lost all feeling in one of his legs from the knee down.

Our son said he should see Dr. C that he was certain she could help him. Seeing as we had a trip planned for Europe he was willing to try anything. After three treatments he regained the feeling in his leg. It should be mentioned that he also received three epidurals as recommended by his primary care physician during which time he did not receive acupuncture. They did not seem to provide any relief and after the third one he was actually in more pain. He went back to Dr. C prior to our trip to Europe and was able to go on our trip and actually walk great distances with little to no pain. He did have to have back surgery but would have not been able to enjoy our trip to Europe or even been able to tolerate the pain or walk had it not been for Dr. C. She is very caring and compansionate and we really appreciate the fact that she takes time to listen to your concerns. We HIGHLY recommend Southwest Integrative Medicine.

I would like to take a moment to thank the doctors at Southwest Integrative Medicine. I started seeing Dr. Christy Cline in February of 2008 to help me with my lower back pain. Dr. Cline gave me 2 acupuncture treatments to help with the pain and the healing of my back. She did an excellent job, not only did I get immediate results in less pain, but since my last treatment my back pain has not come back.

As much as I appreciated those treatments it is what Dr. Christy Cline did for me later that really made a difference for my health. At the age of 38 I found myself experiencing high blood pressure. I did not ever really understand what that meant and the toll living with high blood pressure has on the body. At that time I was contemplating taking prescription medicines.

I met with Dr. Cline and she was very concerned with my blood pressure measurements. We made a action plan to try a change in diet, get exercising and had start taking some Chinese herbs. The plan was to see if this would lower my blood pressure and keep me from having to go on prescription drugs. Dr. Cline has a great understanding of the ramifications of living with high blood pressure. She took the time out to teach me all about it.

I was checking my blood pressure every day and after about 2 months of being on her program my blood pressure came down to normal. I was able to stop taking the herbs and as I now check my blood pressure from time to time it has remained in the good standings. While Dr. Cline and Dr. Terranella have also helped me with an entire detox system and vitamin enriched IV therapy, it was my back pain and blood pressure that was most important to me.

My experience with Dr. Terranella has been awesome. I first came to him for rehab exercises for my back, then he helped me with my Fibromyalgia and other stuff :o). What I love the most is he takes his time explaining things with you and making sure you understand. I like the fact that I "do not" have to take prescription meds but I can try "alternative, more natural" ways to heal my body. I recommend Doc T to all. I have never meet Doctor Cline but my sister is a patient of hers and I could say without a doubt she comes highly recommended! Thank you Doctor Terranella for helping me so much!

I have been a patient of both Dr. Terranella and Dr. Cline. They are both exceptional in what they do. I have had acupuncture, iv vitamin therapy, diet and nutrition counseling and have lost over 25 pounds and have kept it off thanks to both of them. They are exceptional, caring doctors.
